  • We will request your express consent if required for the processing of your personal data;
  • We will have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the safeguarding of your personal data;

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to gather user information, which gives us an insight into all visitors to our website. For us internally, it is a tool for checking whether certain actions are working and what the peak times for orders are, for example.
We anonymise all the IP addresses we gather via Google Analytics, which means that we do not forward your complete IP address to Google Analytics. This does not give us a specific insight into your location.
Mapping out website visits
M-Wall uses cookies to make our web shop work effectively and make it more user friendly for you.
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. Some cookies that we use are necessary for the technical functioning of the website and for your ease of use. They ensure that the website is working properly and that your preferred settings, for example, are remembered. It also enables us to optimise our website.
We are not required to request your consent to install and read certain cookies. This applies to cookies that are necessary for communication via the internet, cookies that are only used to deliver our services or analytical cookies that have zero or minimal effect on your privacy.
For other cookies, we request your consent before we install and read them. We do this by means of the cookie banner in our web shop.
We use Google Tag Manager to tag specific content in our web shop. This helps us to determine what cookies we are allowed to install and what content we are allowed to keep. As we already explained above, for some cookies, we are required to ask for your consent, but for other cookies we are not. When using Google Tag Manager, we observe the Authority for Consumers & Markets’ guidelines.
We use the following cookies
Functional cookies These cookies ensure that our shop is working properly, including logging in, recalling information so that you don’t always have to re-enter everything, putting items in your shopping basket and recalling your shopping basket.
Analytical cookies We use these cookies to measure and analyse how you use our web shop and what we can alter to improve your experience. We also use third-party software for this, such as Google Analytics, which we have set to be privacy-friendly. It’s good to know that the statistics and reports cannot be traced back to individuals.
For the cookies installed by third parties and the potential data they gather with them, we refer you to these parties’ declarations on their own websites. Please note that these declarations may change on a regular basis: This is something over which M-Wall has no control.
